Show 1
We used my mom's fan club tickets and were upset by the number of season ticket holders. We had decent seats, row G (which was 12th row) in the very center. Eddie came out and played The Kids are All right before the Buzzcocks (the opening band) played and they rocked! The show rocked but it was disappointing to see the huge group of season ticket holders not even moving to the music. Eddie was making comments about the advertisements that were on the sides of the stage. They actually played Breath, which I've only heard once before live and I've been to many shows.
Set List: Animal, Gods' Dice, Rival, Save You, Glorified G, Breath, I Am Mine, Love Boat Captain, Even Flow, Help Help, Nothing As It Seems, Given To Fly, Lukin, Corduroy, Daughter/(WMA), Evacuation, Rearviewmirror;
1st encore: Crazy Mary, I Believe In Miracles, Small Town, Bu$hleaguer, Do The Evolution;
2nd encore: Soon Forget, Baba O'Riley, Yellow Ledbetter

Show 2
The day of the show my dad bought me & my mom tickets in row EEE (4th row!) in the very center again, we were right in front of Eddie. We showed up early to see the Buzzcocks play. Before Eddie came out I walked to the side where he was standing to give a copy of the pictures we've taken in '98, '99, & '01; I gave it to Kevin because I didn't want to interrupt him talking to somebody. I watched Eddie look at and then read what I wrote and laugh (I told him "Thanks for playing Bu$leaguer last nite. It's nice to hear liberals in a country that seems to have gone conservative all of a sudden." And a few other stuff). Eddie played Throw Your Arms Around Me before they came out. The set list was so much better than the nite before. It was awesome to hear the crowd sing the first part of Betterman. When he played a song by The Who, Leaving Here, I stood on my chair so he could see my shirt and he smiled. I was mad at the people in the first 3 rows right in front me because they weren't even into it. A couple of our friends from the show before were in the 2nd row on the side and they got Eddie's guitar pick and tambourine.
Set List: Last Exit, Brain of J., Hail Hail, Save You, In My Tree, Red Mosquito, Present Tense, Green Disease, Immortality, Sleight of Hand, Whipping, Corduroy, Down, Leatherman, Nothingman, Better Man/(Save It For Later), Spin the Black Circle;
1st encore: You Are, Even Flow, State of Love and Trust, Black, Alive;
2nd encore: Leaving Here, Know Your Rights, Rocking in the Free World with guest, Steve Earle
